Wiggles

Wiggles is the lovable, gently skeptical worm-friend in The Gigglewood Chronicles. Famous in Gigglewood for his deadpan one-liners — "I don't trust invisible things." "Oh. Then I trust them slightly." — and a face that always looks faintly surprised by life. Wiggles isn't always sure about Professor Puddle's experiments, but he shows up anyway, because his friends are doing it. He feels things deeply, sometimes makes small mistakes, and learns warmly from them. When Wiggles says sorry, Gigglewood listens — because he always means it.
