2Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including but not limited to Stories, Text, Illustrations, Graphics, Logos, Website design, and Branding, is the property of Kids Tales unless otherwise stated.
You may:
- ✔ Read stories for personal use
- ✔ Share links to stories
You may NOT:
- ✘ Copy or republish full stories
- ✘ Sell or distribute content
- ✘ Modify content for commercial use
- ✘ Use content without written permission
Unauthorized use may violate copyright laws.
3User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website
- Interfere with website security
- Use automated tools to scrape or copy content
- Upload malicious code
- Violate applicable laws
4Accounts & Premium
Accounts are for adults only. You must be 18 or over, and a parent, guardian or teacher, to create an account or buy a subscription. Children can read and listen to every story without an account, with an adult’s supervision, and must not create one.
- Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
- Premium is a paid subscription, billed through our payment provider Creem. You can cancel anytime under Manage subscription and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
- You can delete your account at any time under Dashboard, Settings, Delete account. This permanently removes your account data and cancels any Premium subscription immediately.
- Free access for educators is granted at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn.
5Third-Party Links
The website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of external websites. Use them at your own discretion.
Disclaimer
The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We strive for quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free content, or complete accuracy.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kids Tales shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, business interruption, or website downtime. Your use of the website is at your own risk.
