The Dream Train was ready to leave the station.
“All aboard!” called Mr. Puffs, the fluffy conductor. “Next stop—Dreamland!”
But tonight, one little passenger wouldn’t get on.
Luna found him curled up on the platform, hugging his knees.
“I can’t sleep,” the little dreamer whispered. “My head is too full of worries.”
A small grey worry-cloud puffed above his head. Puff. Puff.

“Ah,” said Mr. Puffs kindly. “The Worry Cloud. We know it well.”
“Climb aboard,” said Luna gently. “We have just the thing.”
Inside the cozy train, Snory the sleepy bear yawned a warm honey-yawn.
Whispa the silver fox curled her glowing tail into a soft ring of light.
“Now,” said Mr. Puffs, “tell us three good things from today. Just three.”
The little dreamer thought hard.
“Well… I found a smooth round pebble.”
Ding! The worry-cloud shrank a little.

“And… my mum made pancakes.”
Ding! Smaller still.
“And… my dog fell asleep on my feet.”
DING! The worry-cloud puffed away into nothing.
In its place floated a soft golden dream-bubble.
“When you count what’s good,” whispered Whispa, “there’s less room for worry.”
The little dreamer smiled. His eyes grew heavy.
Nimbus the dream cat purred a slow, rumbly lullaby.
The Dream Train pulled gently out of the station.
Chuff… chuff… chufffff…
“Goodnight, little dreamer,” said Luna. “We’ll be right here.”
And as the stars drifted by the windows, the little one slept—
warm, safe, and grateful—all the way to Dreamland.

Parents Corner
A soothing Dream Guardians story built around a real, repeatable bedtime tool: naming three good things from the day. It gently validates bedtime worry, then shows gratitude quietly crowding it out — no lecture, just a warm ritual you can borrow tonight.
Especially good for anxious settlers. Read it slowly; the one-line rhythm helps lower the energy in the room as the Worry Cloud shrinks.
